Crystal Bonds
Crystal Bonds, a veteran educator at New York City's top specialized public high schools, is the principal of the High School for Math, Science, and Engineering (HSMSE) at the City College of New York. Previously, Crystal served as Assistant Principal of Brooklyn Technical High School. Crystal is a current Co-President for the CLASS Coalition and the former president of the National Consortium for Specialized Secondary STEM Schools.
Dr. Tony Fisher
Dr. Tony Fisher is Principal of Hunter College High School. Tony has been a school administrator for over 25 years, including stints as Chair of the Mathematics Department and Academic Dean at the Collegiate School and Principal of Elizabeth Irwin High School. Tony is a Co-President for the CLASS Coalition and served on the Board of the CUNY Institute for Education Policy at Roosevelt House.

IV Bray
IV Bray was named principal of The Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science, and Technology (GSMST) in 2013. Mr. Bray began his tenure in Gwinnett County Public Schools in 1994 at Berkmar High School where he taught physics for 13 years and was twice named Teacher of the Year and twice named STAR Teacher. Mr. Bray earned National Board Certification in 2003 and he won the Siemens Award for Advanced Placement (Physics) Teaching in 2005. Mr. Bray served two other high schools in GCPS as an assistant principal from 2007 until moving to GSMST. He holds two graduate degrees in Science Education from UGA and an undergraduate degree in Physics. Since 2013, GSMST has produced the highest SAT and ACT scores in Georgia while also being the top ranked public school. Mr. Bray can be found on LinkedIn or on Twitter @IVBray.
Amy Cislak
Amy Cislak is the Principal of University High School, the number one ranked public high school in Arizona and a nationally celebrated high school. She has grown the school’s enrollment to 1,200 students, doubled Latino and African American enrollment and a 100% graduation rate with over $34 million in scholarship awards. Amy was named the Arizona Educator Trailblazer of the Year by the Arizona Chamber of Commerce for her efforts at University High School and was also named one of Southern Arizona’s 40 under 40 by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Beyond her professional duties, Amy serves as a community advocate and volunteer in Southern Arizona, serving on the Associate Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Tucson as well as holding a leadership position with the Junior League of Tucson.
Jason Miles Clark
Jason Myles Clark is an assistant attorney general in the New York State Attorney General’s Office. In this role, he serves a large constituency in prosecuting violators of New York State’s labor, consumer and civil rights laws.
Jason is also President of the Metropolitan Black Bar Association of New York City, which is the largest association of predominantly African American attorneys in New York. Under Jason’s leadership, the MBBA is organizing the first ever MBBA Judiciary Training Academy to prepare the next generation of jurists for federal and state judicial opportunities.
Jason is the founder of DREAMChasers, which is a free tutoring and mentoring program that helps students from low income and underrepresented backgrounds prepare for the NYC Specialized High Schools Admission Test.
Lourdes Olvera Marshall
Lourdes Olvera Marshall is a non-practicing attorney admitted in Mexico and NY. She is Manager of Diversity & Inclusion at the NYC law firm Fried Frank, where she works with Employee Resource Groups, practice groups, and other departments to foster inclusion throughout the firm. Previously, she worked at NYU School of Law where she focused on making the school more inclusive to international students. Lourdes is also an NYU-certified Executive Coach. In addition, she is an adjunct professor at NYU School of Professional Studies, and is president of MexPro (a Mexican professional association in NY).
Joseph Sawe
Joseph Sawe is the founder and a global investment strategist at Wall Street Connect, an investment research boutique that specializes in global macro markets. Prior to his entrepreneurial research endeavors, Joseph served as an equity strategist & member of the pre-investment committee for the UBS Chief Investment Office, supporting senior strategists in determining asset allocation for one of the world’s largest wealth managers. Joseph has had the privilege of serving the community on over half a dozen charitable boards.
Darlene Slaughter
Darlene R. Slaughter is a visionary with a passion to remove barriers and provide equal opportunities for all. As the Chief People Officer for March of Dimes, Darlene is leading a culture of engagement, innovation, accountability, trust, diversity and inclusion, and oversees talent management and development, recruitment, HR policy and D&I initiatives. Prior to joining March of Dimes, Darlene served as the Chief Diversity Officer for United Way Worldwide. Her efforts expedited and advanced diversity and inclusion strategies, partnerships and initiatives throughout United Way’s footprint.
Darlene’s work in diversity and inclusion has been recognized in various ways. She has received many awards and honors, including SAVOY’s 2012 Top 100 Influential Women in Corporate America, Profiles in Diversity Journal’s list of Women Worth Watching, Black Enterprises’ Top Executives in Diversity, and Heart & Soul’s Women of Substance in Finance and graced the cover of Inclusion Magazine. Darlene holds a M.S. in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development from American University and a B.S. in Elementary Education from Howard University.
Catherine Spencer
Catherine Spencer is the Principal of Academic Magnet High School in North Charleston, South Carolina, a county-wide magnet focused on scholastic rigor and excellence. Almost all courses offered at Academic Magnet High School are either honors or Advanced Placement courses. Academic Magnet High School was ranked the #1 high school in the nation in 2019 by US News & World Report. Catherine previously served with the American School Foundation of Monterrey, Mexico as campus director, responsible for 1150 students and 110 professional staff at a highly reputed, high-achieving private international school, with the largest Advanced Placement (AP) program in the country.
